(ICBG), a non-profit organization that addresses governmental issues in Irondequoit, is sponsoring a seminar on how to successfully challenge your property assessment on May 10, 2025, 1-3pm, at the Irondequoit United Church of Christ, 644 Titus Ave., Rochester, NY 14617.
Experts and residents, who have successfully challenged their assessment, will talk about issues of the unlawful 2023 Irondequoit assessment and provide a step-by-step process on how you can yourself successfully challenge your property assessment.
It is open to the public and of course of charge and there will be no one trying to sell you their services.
