For the second time in a matter of weeks at the Farmer's Market on May 15, 2025, Cunningham accuses Anthony Costanza of "impersonating a town employee" because he is wearing a lapel pin imprinted with the town seal. This amounts to nothing more than Ms. Cunningham attempting to discredit Costanza for exercising his First Amendment right to free speech. This video explains the law which Ms. Cunningham either fails to understand or intentionally is violating as a town official who has sworn an oath to upholding the Constitution.
