John Perticone at it Again; More Zoning Violations

On September 29, 2025, The Governmental Watchdog posted a new video on YouTube showing Perticone and Town board members political lawn signs in violation of Town of Irondequoit Ordinance, Section 235-113.

We reported the signs to Irondequoit code enforcement and the next day most of the violations had been corrected.

It begs the question why John Perticone was immediately contacted by the Town officials notifying him of the complaint instead of proceeding with the normal enforcement process that all other residents of Irondequoit would face.

Attention to detail is a hallmark of a good manager, and here he fails in that regard for a simple task such as placing his lawn signs. It begs the question, how can this man possible manage the Town?
